The outdoor swimming pool offered a refreshing escape, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. Iván, the concierge, was a standout, providing exceptional tours and ticket assistance. If you're considering a paid shuttle service, it can save you a hassle navigating the city. The mini-bar was well-stocked, although I wish the prices were more reasonable. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were bonuses, allowing me to unwind after my runs around the city. All in all, while the Naturalis does showcase some luxury amenities, potential guests should weigh these against overall costs. It's a solid choice for those who value style and good service-just keep an eye on your expenditures. Happy travels!
